Laser sintering a process that is used widely around the world, we have perfected a unique manufacturing technology through many years of research and development. The process is a rapid manufacturing technique that uses a high-powered carbon dioxide laser to join small particles into a mass that represents the desired product. The laser fuses powdered material by scanning cross-sections generated from the cad design and projects the image on the surface of the powder bed. After each cross-section is scanned and sintered, the powder bed is then lowered by one layer thickness. A new layer of material is applied on top of the last layer, and the process is repeated until the part is completed. This allows for precise accuracy allowing us to produce the best product possible. When compared to other manufacturing methods, laser sintering is optimal. If you would like to take advantage of the only North American installation of two machines that can build fully functional nylon components, contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.

Sintering: Bonding Together

The ultimate strength, speed, and accuracy are available to you when it comes to putting a million particles together to form a component  that is production design representative. Imagine small powder particles melted together to form a whole. Sintering creates that and more. Synergeering utilizes this technology to create a product that boasts the highest dimensional accuracy and the finest available surface quality. This sintering process along with our proprietary method of manufacturing is the best approach for creating a truly functional component.
