2. Services Provided

Synergeering Group LLC offers 3D printing file quotation services. Customers can upload their 3D model files to receive an estimated price for 3D printing based on file specifications, material choices, and other related factors. Please note, Synergeering Group LLC does not modify or alter uploaded files unless explicitly discussed and approved with the customer in advance. Our service focuses solely on providing pricing quotes for printing the submitted files in their original form.

3. Order Process and Payment Terms

1. Order Placement
   Customers can place an order through our website by using the auto quoter software. This tool allows users to upload their 3D model files, after which they will receive an instant quote based on the file’s specifications, material choices, and other relevant factors.
2. Payment Terms
   Payment is required upfront upon receiving a quote. Once the customer agrees to the quote, payment must be completed before any further processing or confirmation of the order.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
   We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.

4. Intellectual Property and File Ownership

1. Ownership of Files
   All 3D model files submitted by customers remain the sole property of the customer. Synergeering Group LLC does not claim any ownership rights to the files once they are uploaded for quoting purposes.
2. Storage of Files
   After providing a quote, we may store the customer’s 3D model files securely in our encrypted storage systems for potential future repurchases or further service requests. Files will only be retained for as long as necessary and will not be shared with any third parties without the customer’s explicit consent. We take the privacy and security of customer data seriously.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds
   • Customers are eligible for a refund if the order has not yet been processed or if the files submitted do not meet the required specifications for 3D printing.
   • Refunds do not apply to shipping-related issues, including delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.
   • If Synergeering Group LLC fails to meet the promised timeline for delivery, a refund will be provided only for the priority or rush fees. The standard service fees are not refundable in this case.
2. Order Cancellations
   • Cancellations are permitted only before the order has started processing. Once an order enters the processing phase, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Liability and Dispute Resolution

1. Liability for Errors
   Synergeering Group LLC is not liable for any issues with printed parts resulting from defects in the uploaded 3D model files. Once a customer submits a file for quoting and printing, the responsibility for the quality and suitability of the file lies with the customer. If a part is defective due to issues with the file, Synergeering Group LLC will not be held accountable for the failure during the printing process.
2. Limitation of Liability
   Our liability is strictly limited to the quality of the printed product as per the specifications agreed upon in the quote and the manufacturing speed requested by the customer. Synergeering Group LLC will ensure that the manufacturing process adheres to the quality standards and delivery timeline as stated in the customer’s order. We do not accept responsibility for any damages, losses, or delays beyond this scope.
3. Dispute Resolution
   In the event of a dispute, Synergeering Group LLC will work directly with the customer to resolve the issue. Disputes may be addressed through mediation or arbitration, depending on the situation, in an effort to find a fair and timely resolution.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Data Storage and Security
   Synergeering Group LLC takes the security of your personal and financial information seriously. We use third-party providers for payment processing to ensure secure transactions. If a customer chooses to store their payment card information on our website for convenience, we employ standard encryption protocols to protect this data from unauthorized access and malicious attacks.However, Synergeering Group LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from unauthorized access or data breaches caused by external parties. While we take all reasonable steps to secure your data, we cannot guarantee its protection against malicious attacks or breaches beyond our control.
2. Compliance with Data Protection Laws
   Synergeering Group LLC complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), ensuring that your personal information is handled in accordance with these legal standards.
3. Sharing of Data
   Synergeering Group LLC does not share any customer data with third parties for marketing or other commercial purposes. All personal and financial information is kept confidential and is only used for processing orders and fulfilling the services provided.

9. Miscellaneous Terms

1. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located within Michigan.
2. Severability
   If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
